What to expect on updates.

Cases take time. Outside active negotiations, the back and forth with the other side usually happens every month or two, so updates every two to three months are normal. You can reach us any time by text, call, or email, and we will get back to you promptly. When there is real news, you will hear it from us.

Honest advice on every offer.

Whether a settlement makes sense depends on things most people never see: whether the other side can actually pay, the timing of negotiations, the risk of trial and the two to four years it can take to get there, and what the money would mean for your life. When we recommend taking an offer, or recommend turning it down and continuing to push, you get our honest assessment, built on years of experience. We do not like leaving money on the table, and we will tell you just as plainly when pushing further is not worth it.
