Eli Banayan is one of the attorneys the rest of the firm turns to on every matter, from the first demand through trial. His work centers on litigation: he directs strategy on every litigated case and manages each stage through trial. Eli is the day-to-day source of case guidance for the firm, trains the firm's new attorneys, and helps run the firm alongside his partners. As one of the firm's trial attorneys, he has negotiated hundreds of settlements for the firm's clients, and he has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars every year since 2021.
He is direct, prepared, and precise, and he tells clients plainly where their case stands and what comes next.
Eli is the father of two young sons, and he still plays basketball almost every morning.

We will give you our honest opinion of your case. If the right choice for you is another firm, we are genuinely glad you found them. We want you to feel good about whoever represents you.
Should you quit? Take a treatment? Accept an offer? We will explain your options and what each could mean, but life decisions are yours, and your life comes before the case.
We will tell you what we think, plainly, from the first call to the last.
Cases take time. Outside active negotiations, the back and forth with the other side usually happens every month or two, so updates every two to three months are normal. You can reach us any time by text, call, or email, and we will get back to you promptly. When there is real news, you will hear it from us.
Whether a settlement makes sense depends on things most people never see: whether the other side can actually pay, the timing of negotiations, the risk of trial and the two to four years it can take to get there, and what the money would mean for your life. When we recommend taking an offer, or recommend turning it down and continuing to push, you get our honest assessment, built on years of experience. We do not like leaving money on the table, and we will tell you just as plainly when pushing further is not worth it.
